Brenda Wirrig, LNHA, CEAL - Executive Director

Brenda has been with Lincoln Park Manor since 2001.  She has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and is a graduate of Wright State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems.   Brenda is passionate about providing outstanding care in a quality environment for our residents and their families.

Mary Beth Barton- Assistant Executive Director

Mary Beth has worked in medical offices for over 15 years and became Lincoln Park’s Business Office Manager in 2011.  Completing her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Health Care Management in April of 2014, she then pursued her Administrator in Training to become a nursing home administrator under the preceptorship of Brenda Wirrig, LNHA, CEAL. Upon passing her Federal Exam in early 2015 she then became the Assistant Executive Director in March 2015.

“Lincoln Park Manor, felt like home from the first day I walked into it. I knew this was where I wanted to be, grow and serve the community,” stated Mary Beth.  Everyone at Lincoln Park Manor welcomes her into this new position.


Kiran Liapis, RN-Director of Nursing

Kiran Liapis has worked in the medical field for over a decade. Prior to earning her BSN from Wright State University, Kiran earned Bachelor's degrees in both Finance and English from the University of Dayton. She began her role, at LPM, as the Assistant Director of Nursing, which made the transition to Director of Nursing a smooth one. A lifelong resident of the Dayton area, Kiran is an avid U.D. Flyers fan. She lives in Kettering with her husband, daughter, and twin sons. Her hope for the future of LPM nursing is to continue providing excellent care to the residents we serve.


Ann Wittoesch - Director of Admissions

Ann has worked in sales and marketing for over 15 years.  She has been an admission and marketing director since 2009.  Ann says, “The role of an Admission Director has by far, been the most rewarding.”  Assisting families in finding that “right” place and providing the reassurance that their loved one will be well taken care of is invaluable.  Her extensive knowledge of insurance, Medicare coverage or long term care policies has helped provide sound advice to all the families she meets. Ann grew up in Kettering and currently resides in Oakwood where she is known for her reputation of providing compassionate care.

Louis Heckman M.D.- Medical Director

Louis Heckman, has been a member of the Medical Staff at Lincoln Park Manor since 1996 and was appointed the facility’s Medical Director in 2009.  Dr. Heckman is Board certified in Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Associated Specialists in Internal Medicine with his primary practice located in Centerville.  Dr. Heckman is a native Daytonian and graduated from the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine.  He completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital where he came to know and work with many of the primary care physicians in our community.  He is well respected and well known by his peers. He has always practiced maintaining close communications with our patients physicians, by keeping them abreast of any discharges and the list of medications.

Jamie Rath- Assisted Living Supervisor

Jamie has been with Lincoln Park Manor since 2007 and has been the Supervisor of Assisted Living since 2010. She is a graduate of Cincinnati School of Practical Nursing and licensed since 1993. Her nursing career has focused primarily in Geriatric Care, but she is most proud to call Lincoln Park Manor home. Jamie combines her therapeutic approach with best practices and genuine concern for our residents and families. Whether it is a week or years, Jamie strives to make every residents stay individualized and as pleasant as possible. As a lifelong resident of Kettering, she appreciates its hometown appeal and community support.
