Victoria Gingerich, BSN, RN- Director of Nursing

Victoria has worked at Lincoln Park Manor since 2012. She has earned her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University. Victoria joined our team as the admission RN and transitioned to Assistant Director of Nursing and is now our Director of Nursing. As a former nursing instructor, her goal for Lincoln Park Manor nursing is to continue to maintain the standard of excellent nursing care for our patients.

Ann Wittoesch - Director of Admissions

Ann has worked in sales and marketing for over 15 years.  She has been an admission and marketing director since 2009.  Ann says, “The role of an Admission Director has by far, been the most rewarding.”  Assisting families in finding that “right” place and providing the reassurance that their loved one will be well taken care of is invaluable.  Her extensive knowledge of insurance, Medicare coverage or long term care policies has helped provide sound advice to all the families she meets. Ann grew up in Kettering and currently resides in Oakwood where she is known for her reputation of providing compassionate care. ann.wittoesch@LPM.Life

Louis Heckman M.D.- Medical Director

Louis Heckman, has been a member of the Medical Staff at Lincoln Park Manor since 1996 and was appointed the facility's Medical Director in 2009. Dr. Heckman is Board certified in Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Associated Specialists of Internal Medicine with his primary practice located in Centerville. Dr. Heckman is a native Daytonian and graduated from the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital where he came to know and work with many of the primary care physicians in our community. He is well respected and well known by his peers. He has always practiced maintaining close communications with our patients physicians, by keeping them abreast of any discharges and the list of medications.

Dr. Louis Heckman of Associated Specialists of Internal Medicine in Centerville, and Medical Director of Lincoln Park Manor in Kettering, Ohio has been recognized as a Vitals Top 10 Doctor in the state of Ohio.
