We need an enthusiastic and self-motivated Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, serving and clean up. Primary job responsibilities include: Setting up Dining Room tables for meals, clearing tables of dishes and trash, washing dishes and silverware, putting washed items away, as well as labeling and rotating stock in our pantries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a quantity food service preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and follow oral and written directions.
  • Must be willing to work harmoniously with co-workers and facility staff.

This position requires working with and around our healthcare staff and our residents on a daily basis. Our Nutritional Services staff is expected to consistently respect resident's rights, preserve their dignity and show kindness at all times.

Culinary Manager - FT

Culinary Manager - FT

The Culinary Manager supervises the skilled nursing and assisted living dining areas including meal preparation and service, menu preparation, ordering and invoicing, supervision and scheduling of associates, adherence to federal, state and local regulatory guidelines, and other duties as assigned. A degree in culinary services and previous experience in a healthcare culinary environment is preferred. ServSafe certification is required.
